Sky Steele is a registered clinical psychologist. She has been working with children, adolescents and adults for almost 20 years to help them understand, manage and improve their mental health and create a more meaningful life. Sky currently works with adults and provides supervision and mentoring to other health professionals. 

Sky has been working in private practice for 10 years and currently owns Uniquely You Psychology in Warilla and Albion Park. Sky is a mum of three boys and one girl; aged 13, 11, 9 and 8. Her second oldest has a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. She has been with her husband since high school and despite their ups and downs describes three keys to a healthy relationship; communication, willingness to move through each season together and acceptance of the other person. Elizabeth is a psychotherapist with 7 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Believing clients are the expert of their inner world, her approach is collaborative. Elizabeth has an eclectic way of working, drawing upon diverse theories from attachment, psychodynamic, focusing oriented, ACT and narrative therapies. She will also draw upon her experience in music (pianist) and art (BVA) to give expression to that which has no verbal language.

Beth provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults and completes assessments of ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, and Intellectual Disability for individuals aged 6 to 89 years.

Beth provides a supportive, friendly, and collaborative approach to her work. I started my career in helping others over 20 years ago as a disability support worker. I have a range of skills from the many walks of life I have experienced. Working with children has been a highlight for me as my inner child is close to the surface. 

Attachment theory has always been another solid ‘base’ to my work and I find goes hand-in-hand to the trauma informed care and practice model that I always use with clients. Acceptance and Commitment therapy took up a lot of my focus for many years as I found it incredibly helpful to manage my own ups and downs of life. Practise Manager, Therapy Dog Trainer and Therapy Assistant

Sherri is our practise manager and the go to person for most things in the clinic. She is also our onsite dog handler and dog trainer and mum to our beautiful Therapy Dog Bear. Sherri is a mum of four children, three of them diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Her passion is working with people to support them and let them know they are not alone on this life journey. She also has a specific interest in working with animals to improve the lives of others.

Sherri is involved in more alternative supports within our practise including; support groups for mums and people experiencing mental health issues, walk and talk groups and will be joining us with Bear in future groups, workshops and retreats.

Isabel is our admin assistant located at the Albion Park Clinic.  

Nutritionist

Shaun holds a degree in both Nutrition and Naturopathy,  as well as an accreditation in Managing the Drivers of Cancer. He has a special interest in mental health care, especially ADHD, ASD, depression and anxiety. Applying in depth and specific nutritional biochemistry,  Shaun tailors a treatment specific to the individual,  no matter the age or condition.
