• As a service we aim to provide affordable and accessible services as much as possible. Our set rate being below the recommended fee and concession prices available on request.

Fees – Counselling
 

Fees for therapy services are specific to each practitioner. The fee for a 50-minute individual counselling/coaching session is $100 to $190. Additional fees and charges may apply for weekend appointments, family and couple counselling.

No rebate is available for our counsellors.

Fees – Registered Psychologist

Consultation fees for a 50-minute psychological therapy session with a Registered Psychologist range from $180 to $250. Each of our practitioners are registered Medicare Providers and clients with an eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan referral from their GP can claim a rebate of up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Rebates currently apply for services provided in person at our office and also via telehealth (online or by phone). The current Medicare rebate is approximately $96.

Additional fees and charges may apply for weekend appointments, family and couple counselling.

Fees – Clinical Psychologist
 

Consultation fees for a 50-minute psychological therapy session with a Clinical Psychologist range from $240 to $250. Each of our practitioners are registered Medicare Providers and clients with an eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan referral from their GP can claim a rebate of up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Rebates currently apply for services provided in person at our office and also via telehealth (online or by phone). The current Medicare rebate is approximately $141.

Additional fees and charges may apply for weekend appointments, family and couple counselling.

NDIS
 

While we are not registered NDIS providers our clinicians are able to provide psychology and counselling support to clients who are plan or self managed through their NDIS plans. Please consult with your NDIS coordinator and preferred clinician for more details.

Private Health Insurance Rebates

Many private health insurance funds provide a rebate for services provided by psychologists. Please contact your health fund prior to your appointment to find out whether your existing policy covers services provided by your chosen psychologist.

Fees for related services (e.g. NDIS, Workcover, ICWA, Victims Services) are based on the relevant price/fee guide. Please contact us for more information.
